Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP):
Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) is a well-recognized tool originating in our peer movement, aimed at helping people with and without mental health issues assume greater awareness and control of our moods, behaviors, coping strategies, and crisis management.
There is sufficient evidence to support the idea that the majority of people pursuing recoveries ought to complete a WRAP. Peers and family members often study WRAP together, which will be the format for our course. We will also include gentle yoga, relaxation techniques, and dimensional wellness (https://www.samhsa.gov/
A $25 per person ($40 per household) fee will help offset course costs, and will be waived for members who cannot afford this charge. RSVP soonest.
