During the next 10 days the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee and the Assembly Budget Committee will be holding joint hearings on the 2002 New Jersey State Budget that begins this July first.  This budget contains several new initiatives that can have a significant impact on the lives of persons with a mental illness, but first they must pass the legislature.

 

Immediate Action Required:

 

We must contact the committee members immediately and voice our support for the following budget initiatives:
